The seminar´s main goal is to analyze and experience interculturality in different forms:
- Examining different social phenomena related to Latin America, focusing on the tension between homogeneity and diverse intercultural processes.
- Linking theory and practice. Reflecting on interdisciplinary and critical theories that are suitable to understand current socio-political and economic processes in the region.
- Working in diverse groups and different languages.
Working style:
- This seminar will take place online. You will receive an e-mail with the needed information, once you are accepted.
- Dynamic, collaborative and interactive.
- You are expected to research and present a topic and to conduct a small project within a team.
- Working languages are: English, Spanish and German. It is required that students have a minimum of level A2 in Spanish language. If you do not have that level and are very interested in attending the seminar, please contact the lecturer.
