B. Raten- und Rentenrechnung), wie sich Unternehmen über organisierte Märkte mit Kapital versorgen und die dabei relevanten Finanzierungstitel (z. B. Aktien, Anleihen) bewerten. Darüber hinaus wird sich kritisch mit etablierten Verfahren zum Treffen optimaler Investitionsentscheidungen (z. B. Kapitalwert, interner Zinsfuß) beschäftigt. Den dabei nötigen Referenz- bzw. Kapitalkostensätzen wird sich im Rahmen klassischer Portfolio- und Kapitalmarkttheorie (z. B. Markowitz-Optimierung, CAPM) genähert. Abrundend vermitteln wir Ihnen, wie Unternehmen ihre Verschuldungs- und Ausschüttungspolitik festlegen und Zahlungsmittelflüsse verwalten. Alle methodenbezogenen Inhalte sind begleitet von einer konkreten Umsetzung in Microsoft Excel.</span></p> |
