Lern- und Qualifikationsziele | This course covers the fundamentals of modern optics at short wavelengths as they are necessary for the design of EUV and X-ray optical elements. Based on this the students will learn essentials of several challenging applications of short-wavelength optics, being actual in modern science and technology, including XUV- and X-ray microscopy.
