Lern- und Qualifikationsziele

This course is of use for anyone who needs to learn how optical coatings are used to tailor the optical properties of surfaces. After an introduction about the theoretical fundamentals of optical coatings the student should learn to calculate the optical properties of uncoated and coated surfaces. Based on this, typical design concepts and applications will be presented.
