Lern- und Qualifikationsziele | In various selected topics out of the broad field of laser applications, the students should acquire knowledge of laser-material interactions (e.g. atom cooling and optical tweezer), laser induced processes in gases, liquids, and matrices (incl. laser isotope separation), materials´ preparation and structuring by ablation, deposition and/or modification. |
