Inhalte | This course provides a graduate-level introduction to public finance in open economies. Public policies that are optimal in closed economies may be affected by factor mobility and the resulting policy competition between states. We examine public activities related to taxation and the provision of public goods, the welfare state and regulatory regimes with a focus on efficiency and equity. |
