Inhalte | The module will provide a deeper insight into research in comparative international management, organisational and labour research will be given and discussed. Student will gain an understanding about in-depth concepts of international management through the use of selected case studies and their processing, such as the transfer of employment practices, national employment systems, and internationalization strategies. |
Lern- und Qualifikationsziele | Students have an enhanced understanding of similarities and remaining differences in management, organisations and labour relations in a global context. In addition, students will have the ability to effectively summarise and present key concepts and case studies in comparative international management. |
