Cambridge Exams Preparation Course
This course will take place exclusively online this semester.
This will involve online conferences, active input from students and completion of exercises and essays. We will also work our way through authentic exam papers in preparation for the Cambridge exams in June. Students who do not want to do the internationally recognised Cambridge exam this term are still welcome to participate.
Cambridge Proficiency (C2) is internationally recognised by universities and companies alike. Entry requirements is a C1 level of English.

The placement test will be replaced by an online interview. Please contact sonja.price@uni-jena.de to arrange for this.
Cambridge Advanced and Cambridge Proficiency are indefinitely valid. Students can register for the exam in Jena through the university.
Most universities in the UK, and many universities elsewhere, require a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or Cambridge Advanced for international students. Students, who are thinking of pursuing studies in the USA should consider checking the requirements with their chosen university.
