The module is based on an introductory microeconomics course and deals with several advanced topics. These are topics in oligopolistic competition (with homogeneous as well as differentiated products), decisions under uncertainty (lotteries, expected utility theory, principal-agent problems) and decisions in a dynamic context. |

This course offers students a general access to core microeconomic issues and models. A good command of technical tools regarding modelling equips students with a profound understanding of the objective matter. |
